Chicken rice is a staple dish to many Singaporeans. I happened to chance upon this Hainanese Chicken Rice outlet, Zheng Swee Kee Hainanese Chicken Rice, along Seah Street. It is located just across the road from Bras Bahsah Centre.

It is right next to Raffles Hotel. There are parking lots along the road but if you are fortunate enough to get a lot, please remember to display ample parking coupons as parking attendants frequent the area.

That plate of Kampong Chicken cost me $6. In all honesty, I do not think it was worth it. The chicken was rather bland and the serving was paltry.
