In spite of the global concerns over the Covid-19 virus outbreak, Wing Tai Asia launched The M over the weekend and achieved very good sales results, with 70% or over 360 units of the condominium sold. 


Prior to last weekend, the sales gallery already drew over 2,000 interested investors during the preview. It was reported that the majority of the crowd are locals in their 30s and 40s.

The greatest draw to The M has definitely got to be the project’s prime location.

The M: Short Introduction

The units at The M condominium were sold at an average of SGD2,450 per square foot. That is a 20% discount in price compared to the nearby Midtown Bay by GuocoLand (with some units transacting as high as SGD3,800psf).

With some 15,000 square feet of space set aside for retail, The M consists mainly of small units that are likely to be targetted at individuals buying a prime location property for investment.

Wing Tai will be equipping the project with a host of smart home features and this will be the first in Singapore to use facial recognition access.
