Enjoy an appetiser and dessert buffet with a rotating selection of mains every week
Starting 2 April 2018, Sky22 at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena introduces a new semi-buffet lunch and dinner offering to refresh diner’s dining experience. The lunch and dinner semi-buffet come with unlimited servings from the extensive salad, soup and freshly
baked bread and dessert spreads, with a choice of one main from a selection offered.
The main course features a rotating menu of locally-inspired and western selection such as Chicken Parmigiana with Buffalo Cheese and Rocket Salad in Pesto Sauce, Pan-seared Seabass with Barley Risotto, Okra in Sambal Aioli and Barbecue Pork Ribs with Corn on Cob and Cajun Fries. Local and Asian specialities such as Ayam Kapitan (Nyonya Curry Chicken) and Assam Laksa Lemak will also be offered on a rotating basis.
Diners can warm up to a bowl of roasted pumpkin or homemade mushroom soup or pick from an array of greens and salads, before savouring their choice main selection and end the meal on a sweet note with a delectable dessert spread of Bread and Butter Pudding, Apple Crumble, Crème Brulee and Pear Strudel.
The semi-buffet is available for lunch from Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 2:30 pm at $22++ per person and dinner from Sunday to Thursday, 6 pm to 10 pm at $30++ per person.
