My Stay At The Brand New Somerset Maison Asoke Bangkok

There is a new hotel/service apartment in downtown Bangkok (Asoke).

For my recent visit to Bangkok, we found a good deal in the brand new Somerset Maison Asoke. We paid about SGD 80+ per night.

📍Somerset Maison Asoke: Back to BKK for work trip and had a happy stay at this newly open ascott property. It is very reasonably priced at SGD 85 nett per night, as you get a studio with kitchenette. And the whole place looks sparkling new and clean (that’s the whole point of staying in new hotels🤣🤣). Hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful. Even though it is a long walk from Asoke bts, there is hotel shuttle to and from the station, on request. Stay tuned for the review on this hotel! #thehungryagents #travel . . . The property is sparkling new and it’s very spacious. Comes with a functional kitchenette.

The TV channels selection is pretty awesome as well. Quite a number of Japanese channels and I can understand why. During my few days moving in and out of the hotel, I saw quite a number of Japanese staying over here.

Convenience wise, there is a 7-11 just right next door and in the day, there are several food stalls operating.

The distance to Asoke BTS is about 10-15 minutes walk. The easier way would be to use their shuttle service that can bring you to Asoke BTS in under 3 minutes.

Yea, that’s me taking the shuttle service to the BTS early in the morning. They will drop you off at Interchange 21, which is connected to the skywalk linking to Asoke BTS.

This service is only available till about 10 pm. Should you need them to ferry you back to the hotel, you can also just give them a call and request.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and the staffs were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Thumbs up!
