Stayed at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 in March for my quarterly Bangkok Property Investment Tour.

The closest BTS is Nana BTS station. It was about a 7-10 minutes walk. The distance to the BTS was okay but you will have to walk along Soi 4 which will become very crowded during the evenings.

A lot of bars and clubs are located along Soi 4 as well as the infamous Nana Plaza. I personally feel parents with kids may not find this location too comfortable and may want to consider somewhere else.

There is an alternative route around the back of the hotel if you wish to skip walking past the bars. The walking path is uneven and narrow and you have to watch out for cars.

Convenience wise, it’s pretty good. Just right outside the hotel, there are already two 7-11 convenient marts.

The pool is a tad small and I did not get to visit the sky bar during my stay. I just briefly went upstairs to take a look at the sky bar. Looks cozy and seems like a nice place to just chill.

Oh, and if you are lazy to walk, they do have a shuttle service at selected timings. Only if you have the time to wait for it as they do not leave on schedule.

They did not provide toothbrush and bathroom slippers so you have to prepare your own.

I would say overall, the cleanliness of the room and service was adequate but for a 4-star hotel, it really could have been better.
