At Holland Village Food Centre, there are a few hawker stalls with a perpetual queue. One of them is Ming Fa Fishball. They pride themselves in producing handmade fishballs which are made from 100% fish meat. As expected, there was a queue on a weekday evening.
Well since everyone was queueing then it had to be good right? So I joined in!
It took me 15 minutes to get my bowl of noodles.
Well, it was decent. There was just a tad too much vinegar. I’ve had much better noodles though so I cannot understand why there was such a long queue at this stall. I truly do believe that a queue attracts people. The noodles were not as springy as it should be. However, at $3.50 a bowl, this was just about decent for that price. I’ll be back to try their fishballs someday soon.
